We happily provide first article reports, material safety data sheets, test reports, and use RoHS certified materials if requested. In addition to our own internal practices, we gladly follow any additional customer requests on quality control. In the past, we have successfully satisfied customer conducted inspections and surveys.

Our full time Quality Control Manager is always on duty ensuring that your parts are at peak consistent accuracy.
Our quality control processes include a minimum of four tolerance inspections on every production run, from its initial stamping to final product. We have the latest precision measuring equipment including our Mitutoyo CMM (computer measuring machine) to ensure accuracy. Our operations and control procedures not only meet the requirements of MIL-I-45208A , but more importantly, they meet the demands of our growing number of satisfied customers.
